Shipping Policy

At Venest (operated by Porwal Spices), we are committed to delivering your premium products  safely and promptly across India.

Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship within India only

  • All orders are processed from our facility in Indore, Madhya Pradesh

 

Order Processing Time

  • Standard processing time: 3-4 business days

  • During adverse conditions (political unrest, environmental issues, festivals): 4-5 business days

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed the next business day

  • We do not process orders on Sundays and national holidays

 

Delivery Partners

  • We work with multiple courier partners based on availability and location

  • Delivery partner selection is at our discretion to ensure fastest delivery

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information and delivery partner details

 

Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery: 3-4 business days from dispatch

  • Remote Areas: 5-7 business days from dispatch

  • Delivery times may vary due to courier partner schedules and local conditions

 

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on your location

  • Free shipping may be available on orders above certain value (as displayed during checkout)

 

Order Tracking

  • You will receive tracking information via email once your order is dispatched

  • Track your order using the provided link and tracking number

 

Delivery Guidelines

  • Orders are delivered during business hours (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM)

  • Someone must be present to receive the package

  • Do not accept if seal is broken

  • If delivery attempt fails, the courier will attempt redelivery

  • After 3 failed delivery attempts, the package will be returned to us

 

Address Changes

  • Address changes are allowed only before the order is dispatched

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • Report damaged packages within 24 hours of delivery

  • For lost packages, contact us immediately with your order number

  • We will work with courier partners to resolve issues promptly

Return Policy

At Venest (operated by Porwal Spices), we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This return policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are processed.

Return Eligibility

Eligible for Return:

  • Unopened Products Only: Products must be in original, unopened packaging

  • Time Limit: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery

  • Condition: Products must be unused and in original condition

  • Regular Priced Items: Only regular priced items are eligible for refund

 

Not Eligible for Return:

  • Opened Products: Once the seal is broken or product is opened, returns are not accepted

  • Sale Items: Products purchased during sales or promotional offers cannot be returned

  • Damaged by Customer: Products damaged due to misuse or negligence

  • Items Beyond 7 Days: Returns requested after 7 days from delivery date

Step 2: Return Authorization

  • We will provide a Return Authorization Number

  • Package the product securely in original packaging

  • Include a copy of the invoice

Step 3: Shipping

  • Company Pays Shipping: We will arrange and pay for return shipping for eligible returns

  • A courier partner will collect the package from your address

  • You will receive a collection confirmation

 

Refund Process

For Prepaid Orders:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product

 

For Cash on Delivery Orders:

  • Provide your bank account details during return request

  • Refund will be processed via bank transfer

  • Processing time: 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product

 

Quality Check

  • All returned products undergo quality inspection

  • Refunds are processed only after successful quality check

  • If the product fails quality check, refund will not process

 

Exchange Policy

  • We do not offer direct exchanges

  • For different products, please place a new order and return the unwanted item

  • For damaged products received, contact us immediately for replacement

 

Exceptions

  • Damaged in Transit: If you receive a damaged product, contact us within 24 hours

  • Wrong Product: If you receive an incorrect product, we will arrange immediate replacement

  • Manufacturing Defects: Products with manufacturing defects will be replaced free of charge
